Shipping policy

Shipping
We currently ship physical orders within the United States only, from Conway, Arkansas, via USPS and UPS. You'll get a tracking number by email when the order ships.

Processing time
In-stock books and merch usually ship within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items (including The Witch of Hobomock Pass hardback) ship in the window shown on the product page. Website pre-orders for Hobomock ship at least a week after Kickstarter copies. Tracking goes out when that order ships.

Digital products
E-books and other digital goods are delivered by email and don't ship.

Lost or damaged packages
Contact us at michaelfkane@live.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier on a replacement or refund when a package is lost or arrives damaged.
