Returns and refunds
Use the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason. If a return is approved, we'll tell you how to send it back.

Damaged or wrong items
Use the contact form within 14 days with photos and your order number if something arrives wrong, or with damage beyond normal shipping wear. Normal wear includes light corner bumps and slight dust-jacket wrinkling. We'll replace or refund for defects, printing issues, or damage that clearly goes beyond that.

E-books and digital goods
Digital products aren't refundable once delivered, except if the file is defective and we can't fix it.

Personalized / inscribed items
Books with a custom inscription (name or message you requested) aren't returnable unless they arrive with damage beyond normal shipping wear, or we made a mistake in the inscription.

Signed hardbacks
Signed hardbacks (without a custom inscription) follow the same return rules as other physical books.

Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before it ships. After it ships, the usual return rules apply.
